The Angle head (transverse milling head) is installed on the spindle of machining centers, CNC vertical machines, and gantry milling machines to achieve side milling, drilling, and tapping without flipping the workpiece. Compatible with various spindle tool holders such as BT30/BT40/BT50, CAT, SK and ISO.

90° right-angle head: Fixed 90°, the most universal universal Angle head: 0° to 360° adjustable Angle, non-standard offset, extended type, heavy-duty heavy cutting Angle head can be customized.

Provide: machine tool spindle model (BT40/BT50), spindle speed, cutting conditions (light milling/heavy cutting), and installation space dimensions, and you can precisely select the model.

Light type: High-speed machining of aluminum parts/light steel parts; Medium type: General milling and drilling of steel parts; Heavy type: large allowance heavy cutting, gantry rough machining.

The maximum speed for light type is 8,000 to 12,000 RPM. Medium and heavy-duty 1500 to 6000rpm; Torque increases with the increase of specifications. The BT50 heavy-duty model can be roughened with a large margin.

The end face runout is ≤0.01mm, the repeat positioning accuracy is ≤0.02mm, and the precision model can achieve ≤0.005mm.
