Monoblock Housings: Cast from heavy-wall QT500-7 Ductile Iron or high-strength structural alloys, then subjected to artificial aging and cryogenic stress-relief treatments to prevent thermal deformation and minimize tool chatter.
Precision Spiral Bevel Gears: The internal drive trains utilize Gleason ground spiral bevel gears manufactured from 20CrMnTi Alloy Steel. Carburized and quenched to a hardness of HRC 58-62 and ground to ISO Grade 4 precision, these gears maintain a transmission backlash of ≤ 15 arcmin and limit operational noise to ≤ 70 dB under full load.
Spindle Bearings: High-precision, preloaded P4 class angular contact bearings ensure minimal spindle runout and high rotational accuracy during continuous side milling.

Heavy-Duty Dual-Output Series (DK90-BT40-2X & DK90-BT50-2X): Featuring opposed, collinear spindle outputs positioned 180° apart, this series allows operators to mount two separate tool assemblies simultaneously (such as a drill on one side and a tap on the other). It supports standard CW-CW or specialized Left: CW-CW / Right: CCW-CW gear train configurations, allowing sequential operations by simply reversing the machine spindle rotation.
Universal Swivel Milling Series (DK90-BT50 YW & WXER): Designed with a calibrated angular housing that can be rotated and locked to custom positions, this series allows operators to perform compound-angled drilling and sloped-surface milling on 3-axis and 4-axis machines, delivering cutting torques up to 65.0 Nm.
Machining high-temperature alloys, stainless steels, and deep internal cavities requires efficient heat dissipation and prompt chip evacuation. Our coolant-through 90° right angle heads, such as the DK90-BT40-ER25-Z80 and DK90-BT50-ER25-Z80 models, are engineered to handle high-pressure wet machining:
20 bar Pressure Capacity: Built with high-pressure rotary seals capable of handling up to 20 bar (290 PSI) through-spindle coolant (CTS).
Dual-Lip FKM Sealing: Utilizes dual-lip fluororubber (FKM) sealing technology to deliver cutting fluid directly through the spindle and tool centerline, flushing chips out of deep blind holes and preventing thermal tool degradation.
