A: A dual output angle head holds two tools at once (positioned 180° apart). This allows operators to perform two sequential operations—such as drilling with side A and tapping with side B—or machine opposite internal walls simply by indexing the machine spindle or B-axis, completely eliminating tool change time.
A: The DK90-BT40-ER25-2X-125 features a dual-directional internal gear configuration. When the machine spindle rotates Clockwise (CW), output side A rotates Clockwise (CW), while output side B rotates Counter-Clockwise (CCW). This design allows using standard right-hand cutting tools on side A and left-hand or reverse cutting tools on side B.
A: The DK90-BT40-F25-2X model features dual Ø25 mm face mill arbors (shell mill arbors) instead of ER collet chucks. It is designed for mounting dual disc milling cutters or face mills for simultaneous or indexing side face milling in narrow internal cavities.
